What level of quality is the furniture item that I want to buy? We purchase the highest quality furniture from the same factories that Lane and Ethan Allen purchase from and offer the items at much lower prices. We also provide all of the extras like glass, choice of fabrics, choice of stains at no extra cost.
What are my shipping costs? We charge a $15 surcharge to cover packing materials and shipping costs per order.
What happens if our item arrives damaged? If an item is damaged in shipping we replace it without question or delay. Simply document the damages with the shipper still at your home.
